Make Dad’s Day a Kamfest weekend

Kamfest is the 1st Annual Rally for the cure

KamFest is the 1st Annual Rally for the Cure in support of the Canadian Cancer Society. Join the rally by registering between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. at the West Coast Express Station in Port Coquitlam, before heading to Whispering Pines/Clinton Indian Band in Kamloops. There will be a night of camping at Whispering Pines, celebrated with live music and entertainment for the whole family.


Registration fee for adults is $20; children are free. Registration fee is payable at rally point in Port Coquitlam or at the gate in Kamloops. All adults must register and sign a waiver of liability to participate in order to take part in the event


For information on how to collect pledges, go to http://kamfest.weebly.com and click on the link at the bottom of the page. The person collecting the most pledges will receive a prize.


Festival ground gates at Kamloops open at 11 a.m. There will be live music, children’s entertainment, 50/50 draws, raffle prizes and a beer gardens.


A barbecue dinner and breakfast will be available for a small donation to support the Clinton Indian Band.
