Vancouver Style Op: Debbie

One does not need a special occasion or wedding to break out a frilly dress

Wedding season is fast approaching, but one need not have a special occasion to break out a frilly dress. What I liked about Debbie’s outfit is that she wasn’t afraid to be ultra-feminine. She combined a ruffled, tiered dress with oversize sunglasses and a floppy hat. The overall effect was a little over the top but fun. Some additions to Debbie’s closet might include:
