Bollywood appears beneath the stars in Surrey
Desi Dhamaka set to run in Holland Park on August 31 from 8pm till midnight
Not sure how to celebrate the Labour Day weekend?
Try Desi Dhamaka – a one day summer event to be held in Surrey’s Holland Park on August 31 from 2pm to midnight.
The event will include 5 hours of multicultural programming, a vendor marketplace, an outdoor Bollywood movie screening and the headlining star Jassi Sidhu, all the way from the UK.
The evening will finish with Bollywood Under the Stars outdoor movie screening.
The movie of choice this year is the 2009 hit Dil Bole Hadippa starring Rani Mukherji and Shahid Kapoor. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, umbrellas and blankets for the screening
