Hyundai launches new Santa Fe

The 2013 Santa Fe will carry the same starting price as its predecessor

 

The all-new 5-passenger 2013 Santa Fe will carry the same starting price as its predecessor when it arrives in dealerships next month.
Hyundai Canada announced that the 2013 Santa Fe will be priced from $26,499 and will be launched in a 5-passenger format propelled by a pair of powerful but efficient Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) four-cylinder engines.
Hyundai vehicles are distributed throughout Canada by Hyundai Auto Canada and are sold and serviced through more than 200 dealerships.
 
Highlights for the 2013 Santa Fe
 
• Bold new “Fluidic Sculpture” styling
• Theta II 2.4-litre Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engine
• 190 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque
• 9.5 L/100 km City, 6.0 L/100 km Highway (FWD)
• 15 more horsepower and 12 lb-ft more torque, 12% better fuel economy than outgoing 2.4-litre engine
• In-house 6-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC® manual mode
• Driver Selectable Steering Mode (DSSM) system
• Advanced All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system with Active Cornering Control (ACC)
• Full range of sophisticated safety equipment
• Seven airbags including driver’s knee airbag
• Heated steering wheel, heated front and rear seats
• Panoramic sunroof
• Rear-view camera with rear park assist sensors
• Third-generation navigation and audio multimedia systems with available eight-inch touch-screen display
