Public Mobile will show more ‘Public Displays of Affection’

14 kiosks and enhanced customer services will be rolled out this year

Public Mobile is launching a ‘Public Displays of Affection’ campaign to show its appreciation of its customers. But, its mission remains the same – by doing wireless differently and offering the good value.

Customers will be able to have a new way to refer friends through improved digital/ self-service website. There will also be a new ticketing resolution process, which makes it easier to track, manage and resolve issues. There will be improved ways for customers to reach customer service agents (Mods) with extended hours of operations. Customers will also be able to talk to customer service agents at one of 14 new kiosks that will be rolled out in 2019.
