Seven BC students will fly to Abu Dhabi to vie for top prize

45 finalists from Canada set to compete at international science fair

Seven students from British Columbia will soon be on their way to Abu Dhabi to compete at the Expo Science International that takes place Sept. 22 – 28. From Canada, there will be 45 students. More than 1,200 students from 50 countries will showcase their innovative STEM projects.

The BC students are: Sarah Choi from Langley; Catherine Diyakonov from Vancouver; Mac Dykeman from Langley; Fawzan Hussain from Surrey;  Andy Liang from Vancouver; Adam Patton from Kamloops; and Alexander Sun from Vancouver.
